Cologne Political Science Workshop
The Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (CCCP) and the Excellence Cluster ECONtribute (ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy EXC 2126) jointly hosted a two-day “Cologne Political Science Workshop”. The primary objective of this workshop has been to bring together researchers working at several Cologne-based institutions: the Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (which is affiliated with the Cluster ECONtribute: Markets and Public Policy), GESIS Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, and the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies. The workshop showcased the diversity and quality of research in comparative politics and political economy being produced in Cologne. The researchers presenting in this workshop are specialists on core topics in comparative politics and political economy, such as the politics of redistribution, political representation, public opinion and comparative political economy.
